"When my wife and I began to worry that she had Alzheimer’s disease, we contacted Dr. Bednar who was very generous with his time and very knowledgeable about Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. He helped us find an expert neurologist who provided excellent care and even the option of participating in the clinical trial. Later on, my wife was also diagnosed with Lewy body dementia and we learned that it is actually very common to have more than one type of dementia. We are grateful to Dr. Bednar for always being there to answer our questions and provide support!"

"When I was first diagnosed with multiple systems atrophy (MSA, atypical Parkinson’s), I knew nothing about the disease or anyone who was ever diagnosed with it. Through a zoom call, my husband and I were able to discuss the symptoms of MSA and which of my ailments might be related to the diagnosis of MSA. Dr. Bednar also guided us through the various options for clinical trials. There are so many options that is extremely challenging for a non-medical person to understand which clinical trials might be best suited for me."
